    Amy is the owner and on-site leader of The Goddard School of Fairfield, New Jersey, bringing over 25 years of experience in educational leadership to our preschool, toddler program, and pre-kindergarten classrooms. She began her journey with the Goddard brand in 2006 as a Director and opened our Fairfield location in 2013. A graduate of Rowan University with a degree in Elementary Education and an NJ State Certified Teacher, Amy is committed to high-quality early childhood education and fostering strong child development. As a mother of six, she understands the importance of creating a nurturing, supportive learning environment where children and families feel valued and connected. Outside of school, Amy enjoys traveling, cruising, visiting Disney World, and running, having completed several half marathons and five marathons, including the New York City Marathon, bringing the same energy, dedication, and passion to our school community each day.

    Ms. Renee brings 21 years of experience in early childhood education to The Goddard School of Fairfield, New Jersey, joining our team in 2019. She started as an Assistant Teacher and quickly advanced to Lead Preschool Teacher. She has also served as Kindergarten Teacher and Lead Pre-K Teacher before taking her current role in 2022.
